A wonderful fashion business is seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant to work on both retail and Ecommerce marketplace platforms. You will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team with administrative tasks and daily operations. Main Responsibilities will include: Support the Merchandiser with raising and maintaining sales orders throughout the season. Support with raising replenishment stock orders to the marketplace warehouse where required. Coordinate with logistics team for timely order processing and fulfilment. Critical path management - monitor stock deliveries highlighting delays to the team. Support with team with running and analysing weekly and ad hoc sales reports to provide insights across the platforms to drive the business forward. Create and maintain product listings on marketplace platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimisation. Accuracy - ensure products launch accurately and on time with correct pricing, images, copy, navigation and stock feed. Keep up to date with marketplace features and tools to enhance product visibility. Handle account inquiries in a timely and professional manner Complete product information sheets to set items up on Marketplace platforms and ensure information is complete and accurate. Communicate with the studio team to ensure necessary images and copy are available for items to launch. Ensure items are uploaded to the relevant platform efficiently at the planned launch timings. Run size analysis data to inform decisions going forward. Person Specification: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel Experience using e-commerce platforms - Mirakl, Shopify Experience using SAP Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills Strong attention to detail ADZN1_UKTJ
