As a Senior User Researcher at Apadmi, you’ll take a leading role in the design and implementation of strategic, exploratory and validatory research, generating robust and actionable insights into the users' needs, motivations and behaviours.
What you’ll be working on
1. Lead on planning and execution of user research projects for mobile products
2. Provide robust actionable insights to inform and validate design decisions
3. Conduct broader strategic research to inform high level decisions
4. Champion user research across the organisation; educating, influencing, and guiding our clients and partners
5. Collaborate closely with UX & UI designers and the product team
6. Line management/coach and mentor to junior members of the team
7. Work across our spectrum of clients, supporting and managing priorities
What you’ll bring to the team
1. Bringing over years of expertise as a User Researcher, you will excel in designing and delivering impactful strategic research projects.
2. At least 5 years experience as a User Researcher
3. A degree in psychology, sociology, cognitive science, human factors, computer science, product/interaction design, human computer interaction or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience
4. Experience of leading the design and implementation of user research projects
5. Experience of leading impactful strategic research projects
6. Knowledge and practical experience in applying a variety of research methods (qualitative/quantitative and primary/secondary) across all phases of the digital product life-cycle, with a solid understanding of their merits and limitations
7. Strong storytelling and presentation skills to maximise the impact of insight
8. Experience working in a digital agency setting
