About Our Client
Our client is a leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Stoke-on-Trent team on a 3 month basis!
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
3. Handle requests from customers and business partners in a multi channel contact centre environment. Includes orders, queries and internal communication with sales teams
4. Develops and maintains knowledge of products, services and systems as required
5. Develops strong long term relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
6. Provides rapid resolution of issues and assesses when a contact requires escalation or referral to an expert
7. Manages work within KPI / target framework to optimise customer experience and productivity
