Randstad is presently looking for an experienced and nurturing EYFS Practitioner to join our team and provide essential support in creating a stimulating and caring environment for the youngest learners. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children during their most formative years.
This role is available to start soon on a fixed term contract, apply today!

Key Responsibilities for the role:
6. Assist EYFS teachers in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities that support children's development across all areas of the early years curriculum.
7. Provide care and support for children's personal needs, including toileting, feeding, and dressing, ensuring their health and well-being at all times.
8. Facilitate children's exploration and play-based learning experiences both indoors and outdoors, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and imagination.
9. Maintain open and effective communication with EYFS teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure continuity of care and support for each child.
Ideal candidate will have:
10. Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
11. A caring and compassionate demeanour with a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young children.
12. Ability to work collaboratively with EYFS teachers, assistants, and other staff members to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
13. Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in a variety of educational and play-based activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
14. Have Right to work in the UK
15. Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
16. Provide 2 proven professional references
