We are seeking a Legal Coordinator to support our energetic Legal Team with a diverse and engaging workload. In this role, you'll not only manage and streamline the team's organisation and administration but also serve as the vital link connecting our Legal Team with other departments at Bicester Village.
This role is being offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Basis (Maternity Cover)
About the Role
* Assist with leasing processes, including document preparation, approvals, and maintaining trackers.
* Manage post-completion leasing tasks and maintain deal-progress trackers.
* Prepare and update template-based commercial contracts for lower-risk matters.
* Monitor and manage contract approvals and signatures via our online platform.
* Coordinate legal support for other departments, including attending meetings and preparing minutes.
* Organise and prepare materials for senior stakeholder and compliance meetings.
* Maintain commercial contracts schedule and brand address lists.
* Monitor the team's budget, raise purchase orders, and liaise with external counsel.
* Participate in global coordinator meetings and legal working groups.
* Be a friendly and supportive presence in the legal office.
Role Requirements
* To be educated to degree level and/or to have experience in a legal secretarial or para-legal position and, ideally, experience of leases and land registry requirements.
* Excellent people and organisational skills.
* Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, document management tools, and DocuSign.
