Key Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:
* Deliver engaging lessons and support student learning as directed by the Head Teacher, often with short notice.
* Uphold positive behaviour management and ensure student safety during all activities.
* Address administrative and pastoral needs for assigned classes or groups.
* Set challenging tasks aligned with the National Curriculum, tailored to student's needs and abilities.
* Mark and record work following school policies, maintaining high standards of student progress.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
* Possession of (or willingness to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
* Driving ability preferred, especially for rural school locations.
* Minimum availability of 2 days per week .
* Ability to provide two professional references.
