An established multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Support for their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fund expanding into new asset classes and leveraging modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a global team providing technical support for the entire organisation, including C-level executives, portfolio managers, and traders.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of desktop engineering and service desk functions.
* Provide technical expertise for trade floor-related incidents and technologies.
* Drive key IT support functions that are critical to the fund’s success.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in desktop/end-user support, specifically in a trade floor environment (buy-side preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience managing global support teams.
* Strong technical background in desktop/IT support, including trading systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in service management frameworks like Jira or ServiceNow.
