Are you a kind and patient person who has some time available in your week to
support me in my home environment and also help me get out and enjoy the
simple things in life like going food shopping? I am a woman in my forties who
would love to get to a supermarket and explore all the vegan food options that I
currently cannot access. Even better if you enjoy cooking and would be able to
help me prepare and cook vegan meals for myself and my family. I am looking for
a PA to help me with household tasks, admin, cooking and also getting out and
about.
2/3
I would describe myself as a little alternative, as I am a vegan and have a ‘Goth’
style. I also love tattoos and piercings! I enjoy listening to music (Goth/Punk/SKA)
and would attend a lot of gigs before my health declined. My children are my world
and being a mum to them is my priority. My two little dogs also offer me
companionship when I am in my home.
My arthritis means that my mobility is poor so I use crutches to move about short
distances. I’m looking forward to getting an electric wheelchair soon! I would like a
PA who is able to drive me in their car so that I can get to shops/hospital/doctors
appointments. I have a diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder which causes me to
experience hallucinations and delusions which I manage on a day to day basis
and does not impact my role as a mother. My condition is well managed as long as
I am kept busy and have people around me. Having a PA who has an
understanding of mental health difficulties would really benefit me.
