Location: We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations in Titchfield (Fareham) or Newport and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.
Salary: £27,252

This is a chance to join our busy Telephone Operations Interviewer team, looking after up to 14 interviewers who carry out some of our most important social surveys by interviewing members of the public. You'll be responsible for management, training and development for your team, working either day or evening shifts alternating weekly.
What are we looking for?
Team leadership experience, the ability to motivate & develop staff, strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc.).
