Job Description:
* You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* You'll work closely with your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, and contribute to a positive store environment.
* You'll ensure the store is safe and legal, maintaining high standards of housekeeping, stock management, and compliance.
* You'll support the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with your colleagues to drive success.
* You'll be an ambassador for the Co-op, engaging with local communities and promoting our brand values.
