The incumbent is responsible for the oversight and management of administrative activities for the Emergency and Regulatory Compliance Services (ERCS) Resource Management Services (RMS). The incumbent serves as part of the General Management team responsible for Property, Fleet, AgLearn, and Records Management activities.

TIME-IN-GRADE:
Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled.
FOR THE GS-07 LEVEL:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-5 grade level) that demonstrates:
1. Preparing documentation to coordinate fleet requirements and the distribution, collection, and disposition of physical property.
2. Managing and updating property records, inventories, and reports according to regulations, policies, and processes.
3. Interacting and collaborating with governing bodies to ensure agency policies are followed concerning fleet management, property management, telecommunication activity, or Aglearn training.
4. Communicating information related to fleet management, property management, training, or telecommunications verbally and in writing in response to customers' inquiries.
5. Utilizing office automated systems and software applications, (such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe software) to generate reports, and enter, retrieve, track, and manage administrative tasks.

Successfully completed at least one full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours, 27 quarter hours or equivalent) in a degree program related to the work of this position as described in the vacancy announcement.

Superior Academic Achievement:
To qualify based on superior academic achievement, you must have completed the requirements for a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution AND 1) have a class standing in the upper third of the graduating class, 2) membership in a national scholastic honor society (excluding Freshman honor societies), or 3) must meet certain GPA requirements. GPA requirements: 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 as recorded on official transcripts or as computed based on 4 years of education, or courses completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum; OR 3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 based on the average of the required courses completed in the major field or courses completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum (GPA will be rounded to one decimal place, e.g., 2.95 rounds to 3.0 and 2.94 rounds to 2.9). Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for this grade level.
