We are seeking a Payment Support professional to join our team in Darlington. The ideal candidate will have transferable skills from their personal or professional life that can be applied to supporting and guiding customers during difficult times.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and support by helping customers with billing queries, assisting those who have fallen behind on payments, and addressing any other concerns they may have.
