The Role : Supporting an industry leading Finance Director and working within a tight knit, collaborative finance team, this Payroll Manager will have the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and exciting business. The main responsibilities of this role surround providing full administrative & payroll support, managing a high-volume payroll cycle and streamlining payroll process. There will also be ad hoc tasks to support with HR Administration and systems implementation as they continue to make their function more efficient. Responsibilities: Manage Payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees. Supervise outsourced payroll processes globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely reporting. Use Sage 50 to manage the payroll process and ensure the integrity of the data. Assist system migration projects ensuring smooth running throughout Analyze and enhance current payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Post accurate payroll journals into NetSuite, ensuring proper integration with the finance function. Answer all payroll-related queries i close liaison with the accounting team.
