About the Role This is a practical leadership position where youll take an active role in site operations while supervising squads, supporting junior operatives, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating daily site operations and small teams Leading by example in all groundworks and civil engineering tasks Upholding quality standards and ensuring safe working practices Managing site diaries, material usage, and record keeping Communicating with clients, consultants, and senior management Supporting the training and development of less experienced operatives Planning daily site activities and addressing any on-site issues as they arise Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced, confident site operative with strong communication and leadership skills. Youll be organised, positive, and ready to take on-site ownership.
