Job description – Business Development Manager

What does the job involve?
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for;
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
2. Generate and nurture leads for projects
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
4. Present tailored proposals, tenders, and quotations to potential customers
5. Collaborate closely with project managers and the installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
6. Ensure all accounts are contacted regularly regarding existing and new products and services
7. Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
8. Support the marketing team with input on campaigns to enhance lead generation
9. Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline to senior management
10. Manage an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast accurately
11. Continuous product and technical training to maintain industry knowledge
12. Support with overall company operation
Driving Licence: A full valid driving licence is required

Salary: To be discussed + Commission & Bonus (Subject to targets being achieved)
