Job Title: Credit Control Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
Salary: Negotiable | Full-Time | 8:30am-5:30pm | 40 hours/week

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to support the Credit Control team in managing key finance processes and ensuring smooth daily credit control operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing daily administrative support to the Credit Control team
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate client records
* Managing shared mailboxes and responding to queries
* Cash allocation and reconciliation
* Generating and distributing client statements, reports, and copy invoices
* Completing vendor forms and setting up new clients
* Running credit checks and supporting debt chasing during team absences
* Contributing to process improvements for efficiency
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Confident communicator at all levels
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently and in a team
* Customer service or administrative experience preferred
