We are now seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Customer Service Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Customer Service Manager will be to support the General Manager by taking the lead on the sales process and coordinating all admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator.
Other responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting people politely and professionally whether in person or by telephone.
2. Ensuring Front of House team answer the phone in line with company policy.
3. Managing the process of show rounds and training staff team to manage to the expected standard.
4. Undertaking competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
5. Supporting the General Manager to implement local marketing strategy.
ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate must:
1. Have experience in a previous administration role, sales experience is preferred.
2. Possess effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
3. Be confident in leading, training and supporting a small team of Customer Service Advisors.
4. Have strong customer relation skills.
5. Be able to prioritise and manage own workload.
