Aspire People are currently recruiting for a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream primary school in Wolverhampton (WV10) from 28th April 2025.
This role will involve supporting children within the Early Years stage and includes personal care duties such as nappy changing. The school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who is passionate about helping young children grow and develop in a nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience working within an Early Years setting (nursery or reception)
2. Be comfortable supporting personal care needs, including nappy changing
3. Have a patient, flexible, and compassionate approach
4. Be committed to supporting children's learning and personal development
The successful candidate must register with Aspire People before starting the role. Registration involves:
1. Completing an application form
2. Providing ID and references
3. Attending an interview with our Black Country Primary Consultant - this can be arranged either in person in Sutton Coldfield or via video call if travel is difficult.
4. Completing a DBS check OR already having a DBS on the update service
