We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our client's team in the 4PL logistics and transport industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your existing network to drive business growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced sector.
Your customers will be based across the UK and so you will need flexibility to travel across the country and occasionally internationally.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate and follow up on leads and opportunities, leaving no stone unturned to convert them into successful ventures.
2. Utilise your skills to identify and develop new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector, on an international scale.
3. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Showcase your negotiation expertise to secure lucrative deals and drive new business acquisition. Ideally you are tech-savvy.
5. Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, developments, and competitors, allowing for informed decision-making and seizing opportunities.
