About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a reputable alternative provision in Manchester. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities for the behaviour mentor:
* Provide one:on:one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
* Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and review individualised education plans (IEPs).
* Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to senior leadership.
* Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
