Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy Identify target markets, segments, and key prospects. Create and refine sales processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Revenue Generation: Own and meet/exceed sales goals. Drive the entire sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations. Team Leadership and Development: Build our product sales capability in line with our growth aspirations, through the coaching and up-skilling of our wider team Market and Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product, the competitive landscape, and market trends. Collaborate with the product and R&D teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and future direction. Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to influence product development and marketing efforts. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support. Identify and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts Reporting and Analysis: Track and evaluate sales metrics to optimise performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics as needed. Who you are You have 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets You understand SaaS products, enterprise sales cycles, and customer buying behaviours, specifically in the technology space and preferably in the data space You have the ability and determination to spot creative ways to generate leads and reduce the time to close You have experience building/scaling a sales function either in a new market or for a new product You have a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop sales capabilities across a broad multi-disciplinary team You have great analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to enable decisions You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy nurturing relationships with new clients You have great negotiation, presentation, and closing skills You’re relentless.
