Job Description: As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient administrative support to the HR function. Your responsibilities will span across recruitment, employee record management, payroll processing, and more. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and a passion for HR operations. Main Responsibilities: Generate correspondence related to recruitment, contracts, and terms of employment. Support integration projects across HR, Payroll, Training, and Performance Management. Process monthly payroll adjustments and pension submissions, including handling changes/additions to employee benefits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and individual employee records. Arrange interviews, medicals, and references, ensuring timely follow-ups. Organise inductions and relevant training for new hires. Manage security clearance records and perform DBS checks as required. Monitor compliance with the Working Time Directive and manage turnover and headcount reporting. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with payroll processing and HR systems.
