Key Responsibilities
As the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, working closely with our dedicated team, and ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your leadership will help drive the practice's efficiency and long-term success by:
- Efficiently managing the dental practice's daily operations, including staff scheduling, billing, and inventory management.
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting the professional growth and well-being of our team.
- Implementing and enforcing practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitoring and improving practice financial performance, working with the dentist(s) to achieve financial goals.
- Utilizing effective marketing strategies to attract new patients and grow the practice.
Qualifications/Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in dental practice management or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Knowledge of dental practice software and administrative systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of dental insurance processes and billing procedures.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service.
- Qualified nurse, business manager, or any other related degrees preferred.
