Administration Assistant - Aftersales Our well established, successful, and constantly developing client based in Gloucester are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their friendly team on a full-time basis for an initial 3 month fixed term contract, with potential for extension. The Administration Assistant will support the after-sales function to help achieve sales targets by engaging with internal and external customers. They will collaborate with UK and international sales teams to identify and meet customer needs and maximise aftermarket opportunities. Duties: - General administration to support the team. - Manage after sales email inbox. - Order processing from quotations. - Order releasing. - Internal expediting. - Internal order log management. - Expediting with customers. - Assistance with getting information for quotations. - Any other ad-hoc duties as required. Key Attributes - Previous administrative experience in an office/commercial environment. - Reliable, team player. - Good time management skills. Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm early finish Fridays 8am - 2pm Salary: Confidential (able to disclose immediately upon application) 25 days hols plus bank holidays & excellent benefits package
