We are looking for a Creative Performance Manager to join the Advertising Solutions team within the Global Gaming function at TikTok. This position is brand new, and you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of this team.
The ideal candidate will take a data-driven approach to our creative value proposition, focusing on insight generation, creative experimentation, and performance gains for our advertisers.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and manage creative workstreams, including hypothesis generation, narrative building, and providing actionable creative feedback.
2. Collaborate with Creative Partners: Act as the primary point of contact with creative production partners, including in-house teams and TikTok Creative Partners.
3. Drive Creative Audits: Champion the adoption of Creative Audits with key accounts, focusing on improving performance within the Global Gaming vertical.
4. Implement Testing Methodologies: Develop and roll out creative testing frameworks that drive measurable improvements in media KPIs and advertising revenue.
5. Showcase Success Stories: Deliver public-facing case studies that highlight KPI improvements directly attributable to innovative creative methods.
6. Promote Creative Product Adoption: Drive the bundling and adoption of first-party and third-party creative products to enhance client performance.
7. Enhance Creative Tools: Refine and implement creative audit tools for use in regular client engagements, such as meetings and QBRs.
8. Develop Genre-Specific Guidelines: Create tailored creative guidelines and narratives to address specific gaming genres and client needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience in digital media and marketing at an agency, publisher, platform, or brand client.
2. Background in creative, ideally in performance marketing, with a basic understanding of data and media metrics.
3. Strong understanding of the Mobile Gaming Market, TikTok Platform, and/or other Media.
4. Knowledge of Creative Performance with an analytical approach.
5. Excellent presentation skills, grace under pressure, great people skills, high integrity, self-starter, fast learner, detail-oriented, and critical thinking.
6. Proficient in English.
7. Knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of TikTok brand and voice, digital marketing, local market advertising ecosystem, and trends.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
3. A genuine interest in and aptitude for the type of content TikTok makes.
