Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a driven Onsite Industrial Account Manager to join their team in North Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to make a significant impact by managing client relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. You will be managing 150 temps onsite at a distribution centre.
Position Overview
As an Onsite Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract and place top talent.
Responsibilities
1. Manage client relationships onsite, serving as the primary point of contact and building trust through effective communication and problem-solving.
2. Identify and fulfill client recruitment needs by developing and implementing targeted sourcing and selection strategies.
3. Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value of the agency's recruitment solutions.
4. Effectively manage the team of 150 temps.
5. Manage daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to ensure aims and goals are being achieved.
6. Ensure effective candidate attraction and retention.
7. Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
8. Ensure that strict compliance procedures are followed.

1. You will be experienced in onsite recruitment.
2. Sales orientated and results driven.
3. Up to date with current recruitment legislation and compliance.
4. Ability to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
5. Demonstrate motivation, leadership, and people skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
6. Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
7. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
