• Salary up to £57,000 + 10% Annual Bonus & On Call Allowance (London) dependent on qualifications and experience

What you’ll do:
In this role, you will ensure the safe operation and repair of all M&E, building services, and fabric equipment on-site. Offering a wide and varied scheme of work & development opportunities, this is an excellent chance for you to join Sodexo and showcase your skills.
Alongside the team, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on various electrical and mechanical building services equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
In addition to this, you will have responsibility for instructing & supporting the engineering team, managing sub-contractor activity, providing administrative support to the Technical Services Supervisor, and undertaking training and mentoring of the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering qualification
• Skilled in MS Office and PDA usage
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience with BMS operation
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
• Proactive problem-solver committed to high standards of safety and quality
