ExciTED for a new opportunity? Ted Baker London is currently seeking a talented and passionate full-time Department Specialist for Selfridges Trafford.
Main responsibilities
1. Demonstrate and be responsible for ensuring the team deliver Ted’s standard of customer service with enthusiasm and consistency in all of Ted's Trading channels.
2. Use product knowledge, and customer profiles to generate sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand. Maintain and exceed company sales KPI.
3. Complete all tasks correctly and on time and follow company policy and procedures.
4. Effectively manage and adapt to different people and situations.
5. Reflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and behaviour and demonstrate passion for the brand which is shared with others.
6. Follow merchandising principles and replenishment guidelines in store to ensure that the brand is represented at the highest level.
7. Support the team ensuring excellent participation and proactively use and deliver training.
8. Drive the team to achieve current targets, and promotions. Make sure they are aware of company campaigns in store and online.
9. Have a keen awareness of the local market and develop client opportunities.
10. In the absence of the Location Manager and Deputy Manager, be confident in all the daily store operations.
11. Observe safety and security procedures. Report any misuse or theft of stock to a member of management.
12. A strong digital focus with the ability to embrace, understand and drive new initiatives from concept to implementation.

* Previous retail sales experience in a high end, contemporary environment, with a passion for product, retail
