Responsibilities:
1. Administer all HR documents, including employment contracts, promotions, and changes to terms and conditions.
2. Manage the HeaRt HRIS system for UK employees, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information management.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive HR files, ensuring all documentation is properly organized and accessible.
4. Monitor and manage employee sickness and holiday records for UK staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Prepare and manage weekly and monthly HR reports, providing insights and data to support strategic decision-making.
6. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate management, agency coordination, and conducting interviews.
7. Oversees the on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including conducting interviews, arranging working equipment, liaising with IT, and maintaining regular communication with all UK employees.
8. Occasional travel to the Basingstoke entity.
9. Plan, and implement human resources programs.
10. Administer corporate policies relating to continuous improvements, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.
11. Promote staff engagement by organizing and coordinating events aimed at improving motivation and morale.
12. Manage relationships with third-party providers such as legal advisors, payroll services, and auditors, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
13. CIPD level 5 (part or qualified) and/or 5 years experience in an HR environment.
14. Strong Excel experience.
15. Knowledge of UK Legislation.
16. English language written and verbal is a must, other languages of advantage.
