Customer Service Representative working in a friendly service desk responding to clients requiring services and maintenance of electrical appliances.
Duties:
1. Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Log jobs and services onto the system, book in services, and follow up to ensure any repairs or works have been completed.
3. Resolve customer issues or queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Skills:
1. Previous experience within a service desk, helpdesk, or call centre.
2. Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient computer literacy and able to pick up internal systems.
