Job Summary: This role is or a "hunter" – someone who thrives on identifying and closing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently driving revenue growth. As an individual contributor, you will be directly responsible for managing your sales pipeline and achieving targets independently, reporting directly to the Sales Director. Key Responsibilities: Location: South Region Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the region. Actively seek out and engage with new business opportunities through networking, research, lead generation, F2F visits and outbound calls. Proactively manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop, maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the account. Actively seek out opportunities to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities. Individual Contribution : Operate as an individual contributor, effectively managing your own pipeline and priorities without direct team oversight. Ensure consistent follow-up and close deals efficiently. Performance Reporting : Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to maintain strong performance. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally as an individual contributor in a hunter-style position. Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities. Strong understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and sales trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
