We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Risk Advisory Services group on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on e-filing and can be based in any UK office excluding London.

Purpose of the Role:
To provide proactive and professional support to the group, delivering services in a manner that aligns with the Firm’s competitive environment. The role embraces a team-working approach, collaborating with lawyers and business operations to meet the needs of the business. Support may be provided to staff from multiple business units, and the group’s structure may change over time.
Key stakeholders include fee earners, PA Services Coordinators, and PAs. This is an office-based role.
Candidate Overview:
We seek candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Maintaining filing systems (paper and email), ensuring files are up-to-date, setting up new systems, printing and archiving emails and documents
* Assisting team members with overflow work
* Preparing information for meetings, including agendas and itineraries
* Relaying messages promptly, especially when lawyers or clients are out of the office
* Managing electronic schedules and arranging meetings, rooms, and hospitality
* Updating client contact databases
* Supporting Legal PAs and Business Development with marketing materials and seminar contacts
* Arranging travel and accommodation, ensuring cost-effectiveness
* Answering calls professionally and handling inquiries
* Representing the firm’s image as the first point of contact
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of e-filing for Partners and PAs
* End-to-end service delivery
* Promoting correct use of firm resources
* Reviewing and collating tasks
* Adhering to policies and procedures
* Building relationships with stakeholders
* Maintaining filing and archiving systems
* Preparing and submitting expenses
* Liaising with support services
* Escalating issues to maintain office safety and repair
* Answering communications professionally
* Innovating to improve services
* Proactively supporting practice group priorities
* Driving continuous improvement
