As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead high-profile projects in the B2B and Build-to-Rent (BTR) sectors, as well as contributing to bespoke interior designs, show units, and dress-to-sell projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver bespoke solutions. Oversee and mentor a team of designers, ensuring quality work and on-time project delivery. Develop presentations, layouts, mood boards, and visuals using tools like Photoshop (PSD), PowerPoint, and other design software. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Visit sites across the UK (inside and outside London) to conduct evaluations, supervise installations, and address challenges during installation days. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Utilise expert knowledge of B2B and BTR projects to drive innovation and success. Passion for the design industry and staying up to date with the latest trends and styles. Ability to use core stock lines, end of lines in innovative ways to clear stock but still meeting brief and costs Being able to prioritise and multitask. Skills and Qualifications A qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (bachelor’s degree or equivalent). A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects. A deep enthusiasm for the design industry and a commitment to staying current with emerging trends and styles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Proficiency in Photoshop (PSD), PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite. Exceptional communication, organisational, and time-management abilities. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional designs. UK driving license and willingness to travel for site visits and installations. Ability to adapt to challenges during installation days and ensure smooth operations. Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings (FF & E) experience Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
