About the Role
* Title: HR Business Partner
* Role: Full time, permanent
* Location: Near Chester
* Salary: up to £45K per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders and employees, offering expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and other general HR matters.
* Take ownership of key HR projects, from talent development to change management, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with the company’s culture and goals.
* Manage a range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention, ensuring HR practices align with company values.
* Collaborate closely with management teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a positive employee experience.
* Support on HR policy development, ensuring they remain up-to-date and reflective of the company’s ethos.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers, empowering them to lead and manage their teams effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
* Level 7 CIPD Qualified – Essential for delivering high-quality HR support and strategic advice.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment.
* Strong ER case management experience, with the ability to handle complex issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects, driving change while aligning with company values and culture.
