Administrator's Responsibilities: Checking the company’s internal systems to ensure that all quote requests have been captured and added to the Database. Producing a spreadsheet of Outstanding Quotes that require to be done (Based on information contained within Database). Producing report on quotes that have been submitted but not yet accepted. Assist with the preparation of quotes when required. Raise jobs on internal system and allocating to inhouse engineers/ sub-contractor. Review and update client portals with the status of outstanding quotes & orders. Administrator's Requirements: Good Communication Skills. (The role requires the individual to liaise with. various levels of management both internally and client based). Computer skills (Excellent data entry, be able to prepare reports, update systems, etc). Good Organisational Skills. Be flexible in their approach to work.
