The Royal Shakespeare Company is looking for an Accommodation Administrator to support all administrational aspects of the RSC's residential property service, including supply, general housekeeping, accommodation hosting and quality aspects.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will be ensuring our acting company and creative team members are comfortably and safely accommodated in their homes during their stay in Stratford-upon-Avon, whilst supporting the Property Services Manager.
Reporting to the Property Services Manager, key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):
* Prepare, issue, and manage tenancy agreements.
* Conduct Right to Rent checks for all tenants.
* Schedule and book in turnaround cleaning services for accommodation.
* Support the allocation process and send offer letters, particulars, property videos, arrival emails, welcome emails and departure emails to tenants.
* Assist with accommodation turnaround days, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Coordinate with Estates and other departments to ensure consistently high accommodation standards are met.
The Property Services Team is small and hands-on, our work has a big impact on the organisation and our resident acting companies. To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
* Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills
* A true commitment to customer care with demonstrable skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of interacting with large diverse teams
* A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative problem solver
This role is a full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week, and will be based in Stratford Upon Avon.
