Role Description
1. Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients globally using various methods including telephone, LinkedIn, emails, and other digital platforms.
2. Sales Approach: Implement a focused sales strategy, prioritising research and knowledge of prospects over random cold calling.
3. Proposals and RFPs: Write and manage proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
4. eCommerce Expertise: Leverage knowledge of eRetailers, particularly Amazon, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
5. CRM Administration: Maintain and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in an agency environment with a strong focus on eCommerce.
Skills
1. Proven ability to prospect and generate leads using various methods.
2. Strong proposal and RFP writing skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of eRetailers like Amazon.
4. Excellent CRM administration skills.
