We have a great opportunity for an experienced Audit Professional to join our team as an Audit Team Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team of Auditors within the UK and Ireland to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective audit service that delivers real value to our customers. Your experience will enable you to promote audits and advisory visits to potential clients and advise internal and external stakeholders on Achilles audit services. Responsibilities:
* Support and manage a team of remote auditors spread across the UK and Ireland.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the various Achilles audit programmes and provide constructive feedback to ensure the ongoing development of the schemes.
* Continually monitor industry trends to ensure our audit programmes continue to meet both the company’s and the client’s needs.
* Deliver audits to specified levels of quality, time and cost that meet the requirements of the relevant industry and scheme standards.
* Provide technical sales support and presentations to new and existing customers.
We seek candidates with a curious mindset who will represent our organisation with professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to operational excellence. You should be able to communicate clearly to different audiences, work collaboratively across teams, and proactively input into bringing business value to our customers. You will have experience managing and developing team members to maximise their potential.
