We Build Recruitment are now recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading provider of Mechanical & Electrical building services design, installation and maintenance based out of Greater Manchester.\n\nThe Role:\n\nTo ensure that all site operations are delivered in a safe manner, correctly using our clients in-house processes and that the work is delivered it to an industry leading level.\n\nKey Operational Duties:\n\n * Management of your team of installation engineers to deliver an industry standard quality of installation.\n\n * Delivering processes developed within the senior management team.\n\n * Security and maintenance of all company property involved with your projects.\n\n * Creating and maintaining enthusiasm of the installation engineers on your projects\n\n * Management of projects to monitor committed spend against quoted costs.\n\n * Project specific Health and safety / legal compliance to include the creation of your project specific RAMS, accident reporting and ensuring all operative on your projects are qualified to undertake the works expected of them.\n\n * Estimating and quoting variations to your projects in a profitable manner\n\n * Signing off supplier invoices for your projects\n\n * Procuring materials and plant at the best possible price\n\n * Procurement and contractual engagement of specialist subcontractors.\n\n * Review and approval of sub-contractor applications and submission of payment notices.\n\n * Project handover in line with company processes – Compiling of O&M’s, H&S files, client demonstrations, confirmation of practical completion. etc, etc.\n\n * Attending team meetings, workshops and training sessions as requested by the SMT.\n\nTechnical\n\n * Ensure financial reporting of projects is provided to operations manager.\n\n * Ensuring required project documentation is obtained where necessary to ensure legal and commercial responsibilities are met.\n\nDiscipline\n\n * Developing and maintaining a high project morale.\n\n * Maintaining good customer communications and relations.\n\n * Ensuring company reputation.\n\n * Mentoring site teams.\n\nBenefits\n\n * 25 days Annual Leave\n\n * Bonus Scheme\n\n * Quarterly staff nights out\n\n * Birthday off
