Instrument Engineer to work within our client’s team on an LNG FEED project with an anticipated duration of 12 months. This role is based 5 days a week in our Leatherhead office and is inside IR35. Target rate £50ph PAYE excluding holidays / Umbrella £66.00ph Candidates must have previous Aramco experience. Typically, the required competency and skills would have been built up over a 12 year period working for a consultant engineering company, machinery manufacturer, or end user company. Candidate requirements are: Strong gas processing or LNG experience. Conceptual, pre-FEED, study or FEED experience. Contributes to the development of preliminary and final stage Instrumentation & Control (I&C) design deliverables, including P&IDs, Instrument List, Instrument Specifications, and Instrument Data Sheets. Experienced in working in early phases of the project, especially Concept and FEED deliverables. Assists in the design of process control systems based on DCS, PLC, and SCADA. Experience in instrumentation requirements for custody metering requirements standards. Prepares budgetary requisitions and conducts bid evaluations. Assists in the development of Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS) and demonstrates working knowledge of IEC 61508 & IEC61511. Performs assigned automation-related job functions, including the creation of I/O lists, Instrumentation lists, and the specification of instrumentation and control elements. Interface knowledge of Electrical system and Instrument interfaces Has experience in greenfield onshore projects.
