Your Responsibilities
1. Supporting Global Digital Shelf Optimisation Manager in content syndication.
2. Attending customer meetings with DSO Manager and/or account teams to understand retailer needs & requirements.
3. Uploading content to retailers where PIM is not available & ensuring right first time.
4. Supporting DSO Manager with regular analysis of share of search & recommendations/ actions that need to be taken to improve.
5. Regular reporting using Profitero digital shelf tool feeding into cross functional teams where we can optimise.
6. Supporting DSO Manager with content briefs & managing actions through agencies.
7. Supporting commercial teams with data and insights relevant to digital shelf.
8. Day-to-day co-ordination for each D2C site internally & externally across 2 + markets and 3 brands.
9. Supporting D2C Manager with executional tasks on SEO & eCRM
10. Weekly inputs & analysis of site data bringing insights & recommendations to the team.
11. Supporting D2C Manager coordinating forecasts for each site & inputting into S&OP process.
12. Invoicing and reconciliation for budgets & P&Ls
13. Managing internal & external stakeholders
14. Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of product categories, key competitors and market trends
Your Profile
15. Knowledge of digital shelf requirements & benchmarks, experience of working with digital shelf tool added benefits.
16. Keen interest in eCommerce, digital marketing and customer first.
17. Experience in brand marketing team as a Marketing Executive/ Assistant or Assistant Brand Manager or in a digital /eCommerce team in an assistant manager capacity.
18. Team player, organized, proactive
19. Excellent presentation and communication skills
20. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
21. Experience of Google Suite (Search Console, Analytics, Merchant Centre)
22. Basic understanding of CX/ UX/UI
23. Demonstrate ability to self- motivate and upskill
24. A full driving licence and passport.
