Able Bridge Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an entrepreneurial business in the Fife area in the recruitment of a head of finance/financial controller. The role has been created as a result of a recent acquisition and is for all intents and purposes a brand new role within the organisation.

The role reports directly into the owners of the business and will spearhead the delivery of the finance agenda for the organisation. There is external support within the organisation from a finance prospective, however this is only on a part time basis and for an interim period of time.
Working in one of the Fife offices you will be responsible for the line management of a medium sized finance team who seek leadership and direction.
The Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to be the finance leader of a growing and prosperous Fife business. You will be responsible for influencing, persuading and advising the leadership team as well as ensuring that transactional finance is managed, and relevant tasks are completed.
