Recruitment Business Partner Join us in Cheltenham We are seeking a Recruitment Business Partner that is skilled in stakeholder management and has a true passion for building genuine client relationships. The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week. Part-time and parent-friendly hours available, complete with paid parking and transport access. If you have DV clearance it would be great, but not essential. Your role: You will be the backbone in a world where patience is key. Your days will be busy with rate reviews, ensuring that contractor renewals are smooth, whether on 12 or 18-month timelines. You will be doing a variety of admin duties; being highly organised will be key to succeeding here. Your inquisitive spirit will lead you to explore the diverse layers of client mapping with a view to reinforce relationships and expand the account. The biggest part of your role however will be to govern the new starter onboarding and oversee the tight governance, as well as streamlining contractor renewals.
