Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria: Academic Background: You should hold or be in the final year of a degree in Electrical or Electronic, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field, aiming for at least a 2:1 classification. Professional Aspirations: A strong interest in becoming a Chartered Engineer is essential. Skills: Proactive problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and organisational skills are key. Experience: While prior experience (even through volunteering) in an engineering environment is advantageous, it is not essential. Flexibility: Open to international assignments as part of the programme. Language Skills: Bonus points for proficiency in French, Dutch, or German Important Requirement: DV Security Clearance To meet the Government's security clearance requirements for this role, applicants must either hold or be eligible for UK nationality and be prepared to undergo a security clearance process lasting 6–9 months. Consequently, the role is best suited to candidates available to start after completing this process. Unfortunately, international students and individuals with dual nationality are not eligible.
