Job summary We are currently recruiting band 5 Staff Nurses within the Hospital Divisions, Acute female ward Topaz. Topaz Ward is a 17 bedded acute ward which cares for females who are in crisis and require extra support within inpatient services. We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn, caring and compassionate nurse who will be able bring ideas and adapt to changes and improvements easily. The role will entail staff being able to have daily 1:1 discussion with patients, run groups, be pro active at the management of violence and aggression and be able to act as the Nurse in Charge and to role model good practice to junior staff and students.
