Joining us as a Sales Support member you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday and earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as the opportunity to earn a generous monthly bonus. Work life balance is important, so this role is just 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. Once you’re feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become hybrid, where you’ll have the option to work from home 2 days of your working week.
We have qualified Mental Health Ambassadors onsite for anyone who needs a chat and additional incentives – for recognition. We offer knowledge development and a structured training plan to develop your corporate career and promote internal progression across the team and company.

· Provide great customer service to new customers over the phone and by e-mail
· Build positive relationships with customers and Insurers providing advice and solutions
· Take personal responsibility for lead generating for our sales team
· Meet and exceed business targets and KPI’s
· Work in a financially regulated environment and play an important role in helping our company ensure we protect our customers
