Location: Stevenage (Relocation support available)
Hybrid working: Typically, 3 days on-site

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing a team of talented RF engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction
* Owning and driving RF design projects from concept through to manufacture and test
* Delivering high-quality RF solutions across a wide frequency range (30MHz to 30GHz), including LNA amplifiers, high-power amplifiers, filters, local oscillators, modulators, and synthesizers
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF solutions into wider systems
* Ensuring excellence in design for manufacture and test, keeping projects on time, on cost, and on quality
* Contributing to strategic planning and team development, supporting both technical and career growth
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in RF circuit and component-level design and testing
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and managing teams
* Deep technical expertise in RF system architectures, digital/analogue/power supply design, and manufacturing techniques
* Experience with RF design tools such as Microwave Office, HFSS, or similar
* Project management skills, including task planning and coordination (Excel, P6, MS Project beneficial)
