Sales Administrator

* Job Type: Temporary (4-6 months with the possibility of permanent placement)
I am currently seeking a Sales Administrator for a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, on behalf of my client based just outside of Sutton. The ideal candidate will have some experience in administrative roles, preferably within a sales environment, and must be available to start immediately.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain and update sales and customer records.
* Communicate with clients and address any issues promptly.
* Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
* Manage and organise sales-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Some experience in a sales administration role.
* Immediate availability to start work.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
