Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for a Dental Assessor (fixed-term maternity cover) to successfully deliver apprenticeship and standalone qualifications to a range of students in the workplace and in college. Ensuring a high standard of service, retention and achievement.
The Opportunity
You’ll be an integral part of the assessor team, responsible for carrying out progress reviews, manage the retention and achievement of learners, and ensure that standards are consistently adhered to. You’ll also support the wider assessor team, and the team manager as required within areas such as training and candidate interviewing.

About You
You’ll be an organised and enthusiastic individual with a proven ability to motivate and inspire others. Additionally, you’ll hold an A1 Assessor Award and possess a level 3 qualification in Dental Nursing. You’ll have excellent communication and adaptability skills that ensure you support learners and manage your responsibilities efficiently.
