This is a full-time, permanent position for a Territory Sales Manager for welding consumables sales based at our Stafford offices but including UK travel, mainly in the Midlands and North of England. The position is mainly field based, with the remaining tie in the office.
Candidates should be located within a commutable distance of Stafford, United Kingdom.

Role Overview:
As a Field-Based Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers in your territory. Your main focus will be to promote and sell our wide range of welding consumables, ensuring you meet or exceed sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within a well-established company.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
* Conduct site visits, technical consultations, and occasionally product demonstrations.
* Promote and sell our range of welding consumables, providing expert advice and solutions to customers.
* Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, customer service) to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
* Work to key performance targets and manage the sales process within the CRM software
* Attend sales meetings and any additional training provided
* Any other reasonable duty as requested by the Company
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the welding or industrial consumables sector.
* Technical knowledge of welding consumables and related equipment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
* A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
* Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
* Aptitude for practically demonstrating machinery
* Enthusiasm and self-motivation with the ability to work under pressure
* Ability to communicate well in all situations and at all levels of an organisation
* Ability to build trusted relationships both face-to-face and via the telephone or online
* A patient, persistent and results-orientated attitude with the ability to handle rejection
* An organised approach to sales management with good knowledge of relevant computer programs e.g., CRM software
* Full, clean driving license.
* A well-rounded education to GCSE standard 4+ including English and Maths
